Kesseböhmer

McKinley Building Corporation is proud to have delivered the new North American headquarters for Kesseböhmer, a global leader in metal processing for retail display and kitchen storage systems. Located along the rapidly growing U.S. 421 corridor just north of Wilmington, this 93,000-square-foot Class A facility consolidates Kesseböhmer’s U.S. operations under one roof and serves as a central warehouse and distribution hub.

The pre-engineered metal building features a bold modern façade, expansive glass lines, and a clean, highly functional design tailored to the client’s operational needs. In addition to office space, the building is designed to accommodate high-volume logistics and future manufacturing capabilities.

Kesseböhmer chose this location for its proximity to major transportation routes, the Port of Wilmington, and a strong local workforce pipeline supported by UNC Wilmington and Cape Fear Community College. The site, situated on 10 acres directly across from Wilmington Trade Center, positions the company for long-term growth in the Southeast U.S. market.
This project reflects McKinley’s commitment to building enduring partnerships and delivering exceptional quality in one of the region’s most active industrial corridors.
