To become a prequalified subcontractor for McKinley Building Corporation, please download the "Bid List Prequalification” Form below. Once complete, please send to our office and if approved your company will be added to our bid list for future project solicitations.

McKinley Building Corporation has been providing quality commercial construction since 1992. This is made possible by its highly qualified staff and the use of only the finest subcontractors and suppliers. Among the qualified staff is a registered civil engineer, a professional land use planner, six office professionals, and one of the most knowledgeable teams of construction supervisors and craftsmen in the industry.
The President and Owner, McKinley (Ken) Dull, has been personally involved in the building industry for over 25 years, a family tradition established by his grandfather who got started over 100 years ago in the Piedmont area of North Carolina.
