FedUp Foods and McKinley Building celebrate ribbon cutting at Wilmington beverage production site

FedUp Foods Ribbon Cutting

We joined FedUp Foods to celebrate the opening of their third East Coast facility, now completed in Wilmington. As North America’s largest private-label platform for fermented beverages, this expansion represents a major milestone in their continued growth.

IKA Works Expansion

In celebration of IKA’s 40th year in Wilmington, we joined in a ribbon-cutting ceremony marking the completion of their latest expansion. The facility upgrade enhances lab equipment production capacity and reinforces Wilmington’s role as a hub for manufacturing innovation.

Final concrete is being poured on the Polyhose expansion at Pender Commerce Park. This project doubles the size of their North American headquarters, originally completed in 2019. Substantial completion is expected by the end of June. Catch a glimpse of those final construction days in our latest site visit video.

CREW Awards Recognition

We were honored to be nominated at this year’s CREW Network Awards in the Project Excellence – Industrial & Office category for our work on both the Quality Chemical Laboratories Expansion and Kesseböhmer USA Headquarters Expansion. While we didn’t take home the win, we’re proud of the recognition and the incredible project teams involved.
