In the design-build project format, we act as a single point of contact and responsibility for project quality, cost and schedule adherence. The McKinley Team which consists of a Professional Engineer, a Land Planner, and a Project Management Staff and Estimating Staff that has a minimum of a four year college degree in Construction Management can find solutions for efficiencies to any project plan and has saved clients a substantial amount of money and months off schedules.
We focus on listening to our customer's vision and communicating these expectations throughout the design and construction process. The McKinley Team can provide feedback on costs and construction throughout design, encouraging dialogue with the client and the designer. Design-Build offers more flexibility and creates opportunity for innovation and creative problem solving.
McKinley Building Corporation has been providing quality commercial construction since 1992. This is made possible by its highly qualified staff and the use of only the finest subcontractors and suppliers. Among the qualified staff is a registered civil engineer, a professional land use planner, six office professionals, and one of the most knowledgeable teams of construction supervisors and craftsmen in the industry.
The President and Owner, McKinley (Ken) Dull, has been personally involved in the building industry for over 25 years, a family tradition established by his grandfather who got started over 100 years ago in the Piedmont area of North Carolina.
