The McKinley Building Corporation exists to serve our community and its discriminating commercial building consumer.

We are a commercial building company, located in Wilmington, North Carolina - a community known nationally for its beauty and high quality of life. The character of our company reflects its community.

We have earned a reputation for, and maintain a commitment to building beautiful commercial structures, using only the highest quality materials.

Our company takes its name "McKinley" from owner McKinley (Ken) Dull, who continues a family tradition of building that began nearly one hundred years ago in North Carolina with his grandfather.

When asked to describe one feature that makes his company stand out among the rest, Ken Dull replied,

"It is that we offer the capabilities of a large commercial contractor, but at a personal level in which the client is always able to deal with the owner."
